Well there's the infamous Missing No glitches everyone knows about. There are also the Glitch City, invisible PC in the hotel lobby, use Cut and then save and restart your game and you end up on top of the plant you cut down, Focus Energy doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do, and the Mew catching glitch. You can find several videos on YouTube dedicated to finding various glitches in Red and Blue.
