Bought some of my friend's artwork on eBay and it said it was A3 so I went and got an A3 frame to put it in and now it's come and turns out the art is A2... At least the frame was cheap lmao

Got charged $2 to withdraw money from an atm. Call me stupid (plus this was my first time ever doing this) but why would you be charged to withdraw your own money?

On open shifts for three weeks straight, and I have to get up early on my day off tomorrow to go to the doctors. Quel surprise...

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

I don't know how it works in the states but generally over here an atm will only charge if you're in a high traffic area/only atm around like in an airport or train station. When I was over pretty much all of them charged $2-3 because I was using a foreign bank card, got charged $6 in one of the casinos, ouch.
Try using an atm by your bank that provides the card to take some money out? Generally if you have a card from that bank they won't charge.

^Issue with that is my workplace issued me a card as I didn't have a specific account needed for direct deposit. I think it was just the specific atm I used at the time (even though it's not a high traffic place). Still doesn't answer my main question, but thank you for shedding some light on the situation.

Thursdays are allegedly the most chilled out day, but we have a fundraiser night again. Why do I keep getting the hyper busy shifts?

This should be in Everyday Accomplishments

- my timetable for second year is horrendous
- I'm not going to make it
- I have all the lecturers I hate
- I'm not with any of my friends at all

Ran my head into the counters last night and cut up one of my hands a lot at work last night but I got out an hour early. Am I going to have to do a blood sacrifice before work or something?

I really just want uni to start up again. Not so sure about selecting this year's modules since we've had an email saying that we didn't get to choose modules for Y2 and that it's like Y1 but I've been let down by our department before so I get a little anxious when thinking about it.

 So much needs doing atm.

The frame on my pair of glasses keeps falling apart when I go to clean them and now I have to have everything like 3-4 inches from my face in order to see/read it properly.
