not to humblebrag but i recently made some caramelised white chocolate and it is p good and also easy. its kind of like caramac if any of you remember and deeply miss that?



u can get a tutorial anywhere on the web but basically u put it in the oven at ~110-120C and stir it around every 10 mins until it goes deepish golden brown (~40min - 1 hourish). try to make sure it has ~30% cocoa butter and keep water away from it cos water and chocolate do NOT mix, but yeh if u like white chocolate give it a try

Brandwise, I love Ghirardelli's chocolate, but Kinder has great chocolate too. My favorite candy bar is the dark chocolate milky way.

It's a misnomer, like with the killer whale. It doesn't contain some of the qualifications to be true chocolate. While that may the case, you can enjoy it and have it be your favorite if that's your favorite, i'm not saying you should boycott the stuff (even if I personally hate it).
