I need help to decide what pokemon I should have. I just need one.

My team from Leaf Green:


Venasaur:
Nickname: cabbage
Gender: male
Personality: lax
Moves: cut, sleep powder, vine whip, giga drain


Kangaskhan:
Nickname: pouchy
Gender: female
Personality: careful
Moves: mega punch, surf, earthquake, bite


Jynx (obtained in a trade):
Nickname: zynx (very uncreative!)
Gender: female
Personality: mild
Moves: lovely kiss, powder snow, ice punch, Psychic


Dodrio:
Nickname: tribird
Gender: male
Personality: quiet
Moves: fly, aerial ace, steel wing, tri attack


Raichu:
Nickname: static
Gender: male
Personality: relaxed (I think)
Moves: strength, thunderbolt, quick attack, slam

Most of the moves my pokemon know are not the best (I'm looking at raichu at this point) I'm going to teach them better moves.

Hate to be picky, but can it be kanto pokemon only, please? How about magmar? Never seen one in game before....
