Beats me how he could have been depressed knowing that his pictures will be the most famous. But I liked the episode, didn't like the monster they might have been able to have done something differently like that woman who blamed vincent for the death of that girl. It doesn't need to have monsters in as long as there is a villain.

Van Gough carried that episode and I wanted to give him a hug at the end of it.

For an Aesop lead episode... This was quite a good one. It was almost as effective as the humanization of Donna during that Ood 2 parter.

I think it was more effective than someone's mind being wiped.

I liked it when they took Van Gogh to 2010 to show him that he is appreciated in the future :D very heart warming and tragic that despite this he still took his life a few months later :(

Very good series :D

SPOILER ALERT !!!

Can't wait til the real universe Cybermen come back :D

Should prove somewhat of a 'blag' to those who haven't watched the old series' and haven't got a clue about Earth's sister planet of Mondas :D

I suppose it's a lot of pressure to live up to, and he knew he wouldn't be appreciated till long after he's dead. That and clinical depression doesn't really require a logical reason for you to get so depressed you want to kill yourself, assuming he had it.

Cybermen are back in the finale? Anyone have a link to a spoilerific site I can read this up on? ^.^

Proof please. The Cybus Cybermen are coming back in the finale, but I've only heard rumours that Mondasian ones will return so far.

Anyone have a link to a spoilerific site I can read this up on? ^.^

If this universes cybermen are coming back I wonder how different they'll look to the parallel ones. The obvious thing they won't have is the big C in the middle of them.

That ep today...was it a tardis up there, or just a time machine? Didn't catch it. Also...did they even say who built it? Bit of a weird ending.
Next week looks good.

Shouldn't be reading a Dr Who thread if you don't want to know what's happening in Dr Who. ;p

Could we perhaps hide spoilers in our posts please? :P

...I want the Doctor to be my flat mate. There I said it.

He can headbutt me anytime if it can explain things like that. XD

I liked this one, there wasn't constant action like always and we got to see a more humanised doctor yet still the same. Just goes to show that you don't need action every five minutes and monsters to have a good episode.

Defiantly looking forward to next week now although in another way I'm not, because then theres only one episode left that is until Christmas.

if Everyone is coming to the same place then I expect Omega to arrive as well. That way it will be complete.

A great episode; although from the trailers, I thought the couple in the flat below were going to be in on the guy upstairs' act (We've got to get me a man, etc.)

My friend uses some magical TV device to watch the newer Doctor Who, and every once in a while invites me over to watch especially creepy episodes.

...Utack fears the Weeping Angels...

Thank's to Blake... for the awesome sig!

I loved this one and I can't wait for next week's. I love this series because I feel good at the end of each episode, unlike the previous series.
