Calm down, calm down, let me tell a story.

The year is this year, the undisputed heavyweight..lawyer of the world, Apollo Creed (for some reason they give such details to guardians of justice) is about to have a highly-anpiciated court case with defence lawyer Mac Lee Green who will have a shot at the title.  Because the importance and seriousness of law cases have been swept away so they may be on the same level as sports exhibition matches (This wouldn't have happened under David Cameron.)

anyway, Mac Lee Green injuries his hand by slamming his suitcase on it.  Creed seeing this as a problem because now there won't be a massive match, thinks the best way to attract people now is a gimmick.  He decides the best gimmick is to give a bum from the neighbourhood a shot at the title.

I was a small time legal student.  From a neighbourhood.  With a scruffy beard. Arguing small cases with people and living primarily hand-in-money.  Down on my luck and seemingly no way forward, I get a message that I have been selected for a once-in-a-lifetime shot at the lawyer title.

Hesitant, but excited I start training with my.. manager?  Who starts to train me rigorously.  This includes beating up frozen carcases in the a meat packing freezer, (I don't see how this helps me with law, but there you go) getting up everyday at 4 AM and jogging (Still don't know what this has to do with law..) and running up the Court Room steps (Well I see the link....but..)

Because of a need of a focus on my training, I had to step down.

And that's my story.  If you're wondering if this is a true story; yes, yes it is.

Thanks to all the messages of support, I'm aiming to do everybody proud as a new Admin.

Whilst my feelings towards Rex's decision has been made evident to him already, I'll take this oppertunity to say something here as well.

Rex, I'm sorry that it has come down to this and whilst I know you will still be here, it's going to be weird not working with you on the moderation side of things. I do hope you find the peace you're looking for.

Not really chasing any sort of "explanation" because it's not like we'll get one, (though depending who you talk to apparently I know everything that goes on behind the scenes anyway) I just find this show of "EVERYTHING'S FINE, MOVE ALONG NOW" a little hard to swallow. Clearly things are not fine.
