Modmin: The overlords of the Modminion forces. They are the ones who make the posts to cripple our score, and they are elusive who cannot be killed.

Modminions: Their weaker forms out in the open whom we kill. They don't post, but they carry out the Modmin movement against the Memberland. They are the killable soldiers, and there are many of them.

Don't confuse Modmin with Modminion.
