ive decided that no-one is allowed to go home for the summer holidays
or go on three week holidays abroad

cos then i see no reason to leave my room for three days except to wash and eat
cos theres no-ones house to watch things at
nor no-ones room to go in and annoy them while they're trying to watch old sci-fi

so then i spend all the time in bed on my laptop and i think wow i know i'll browse through research material relevant to my current Situation
oh wow people doing it x1000 better than i ever could
this is making me jealous/depressed

pile that on top of a stressful shift at work full of people being macho macho goddamn testosterone wrestling

and then after a semi-persistant lump in my throat it all catches up with me at once about twenty minutes ago sigh how embarassing i mean the lump is still there but not

I'm really excited for monday but its kinda hit me that i'll be doing a lot of 'firsts' then.
I've never ever flown in a plane before and tbh i'm a little scared - altough i have no reason to be - about going, let alone without my family. Also the fact that it'll be my first time abroad and away from my family at such a long distance. I mean unlike when i went to skye i can't just get a bus home if i want to, and be home in an hour.
Hopefully this anxiety passes :/
