Well, to answer that question, we have to know the meaning of stupid. If you think stupid as in ' Lacking intelligence or common sense' Then, a stupid question (S) Would need equal amounts of Intelligence (I) and common sense, (C) Then -1S=I+C. so, being stupid rquires intelligence and common sense.
So no. A stupid question is actually a very smart question.
