Guys..... I have a problem

I was on wonder trade, and I got a Shiny Latios Timid with 31/x/31/31/31/31 from this japanese person's unova game. It's so lucky, but they gave it away on wonder trade, so i'm afraid it's a hack. I've PM'ed Richard and asked for his thoughts on the matter, but I want answers asap.

So, should I keep it and hope for the best, or baton pass it to someone else?

I got a 6IV'd Giratina (Shiny), Adamant from Sinnoh. Nothing bad happened so far, as hacks can only affect the game if the game recognises them as non-legitimate, and that Latios makes sense under the game's critaria; it would not be the same to have a HA Serperior. Or a Shadow Tag ChandeLUBElure.

Although no HP fire now means that I don't need to bring in my new Politoed to make you shut up ;3

Probably hacked, or if not, it was RNGed and then cloned, so of questionable legitimacy at least.

I'm leaning towards keeping it at this point. Thanks for the advice though.

Edit: Rich has a few hacks and he said nothing's happened to him. That cements it for me, I'm keeping it! Thanks everyone!
